André Soriano is a Virginia-based entrepreneur and philanthropist. Born in the Philippines, he came to the United States and built a life and career through entrepreneurship and creative enterprise — founding and operating businesses over nearly three decades, including an international career in fashion and design with boutiques in San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego, and an atelier now based in Northern Virginia. He is a write-in candidate for Mayor of the Town of Quantico, Virginia, in 2026.
