An American Story

André Soriano is a Virginia-based entrepreneur, philanthropist and public-service appointee whose life and career reflect immigration, hard work, business-building, charitable service and civic involvement.

Born in the Philippines, André came to the United States and built a life and career through entrepreneurship and creative enterprise. Over nearly three decades, he has founded and operated businesses, developed relationships across business, philanthropy and public life, and supported charitable initiatives benefiting families, children and people affected by cancer.

In 2025, André was appointed to Virginia's LGBTQ+ Advisory Board, where he serves in a public-service role advising on issues affecting communities across the Commonwealth.

His professional career has also brought him into national media, cultural and civic circles, giving him experience building relationships, bringing people together and turning ideas into action.

André built an international career in fashion and design spanning nearly three decades, establishing businesses in California before bringing André Soriano Atelier to Northern Virginia.

His work has appeared in television, media, charitable events and public life. His professional background reflects entrepreneurship, creative direction, relationship-building and experience operating businesses across multiple markets.
