Income for the town

Bring additional income into the town by allowing residents to purchase annually a spot in front of their residence that they would be allowed to paint. The town could request that there’s a mock-up so that it could be approved ahead of time (I.e, no profane language, weapons, drugs, etc.) resident must agree to cover up the paint if their lease for that spot is up, or keep it if they renew the next year. Limit one spot per household
